The interpretation of what you go through is very significant. Right now at this point in time, I would like to ask you: what are the things that are making you uncomfortable? You can have a number of things that you are not very comfortable dealing with. The only way you can actually surmount these feelings is to actually come in contact with it, as closely as possible. It’s like you are facing your ‘moments of disquiet’ so that you are able to overcome them. By only seeing through it, you should be able to overcome them. Otherwise, there’s no other way.
