Anything that you are feeling right now, at this point in time, the reason why it freaks you out, is connected to your emotional well-being. Stop yourself from being reactionary and behave better than the situation that is going on outside of you, which goes beyond the domain of your level of acceptance and if you stretch that level of acceptance, there could be a progress.
Self-governance will come from just one thing– acceptance of all of your weakest areas of life.So if you could just start thinking from this perspective wherein you are able to challenge your own self, when no longer there is any influence of any senses in any way, that is the self-governance.
