The Veda says: vedāhametaṁ puruṣaṁ mahāntamādityavarṇaṁ tamasaḥ parastāt | tameva viditvātimṛtyumeti nānyaḥ panthā sa vidyate’yanāya || The Rishis pave the way forward towards the real salvation. There is a specific way towards it.
